In a significant transition, the Margibi County Health Team has welcomed new administrators to lead the health offices.
The former County Health Officer (CHO), Dr. Sianneh Jackson Mentoe, addressed the incoming team, emphasizing the importance of maintaining integrity and professionalism in the discharge of their respective duties.
Dr. Mentoe stressed the need for the new administration to steer clear of gossip and rumors, which can undermine the effective functioning of the health team. She encouraged the new leaders to prioritize transparent communication and collaboration to enhance the health services provided to the community.
“The health and well-being of Margibi County residents depend on our collective efforts. I urge the new administrators to focus on their responsibilities with dedication and to avoid distractions that can impede our mission,” Dr. Mentoe stated.
The new administrators headed by Dr. Doryea F.W.Karbah expressed their commitment to upholding the values of the health team and working towards improving health outcomes in Margibi County. They acknowledged the challenges ahead and pledged to build on the foundation laid by Dr. Mentoe and her team.
